The Simulator’s results have no evidential value and may under no circumstances be used, invoked, disclosed, or produced in the context of negotiations or any legal or administrative proceedings of any kind.

This authorisation may be withdrawn at any time by any means.

ARTICLE 5 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

‍The Simulator and all of its components (including texts, features, algorithms, interface, graphics, and content) are protected under intellectual property law.

Any reproduction, representation, extraction, reuse, modification, or dissemination, in whole or in part, without the Firm’s prior written consent, is prohibited.

Users are strictly prohibited from attempting any reverse engineering, decompilation, or unauthorised access to the code or databases.

ARTICLE 6 – LIABILITY AND AVAILABILITY

‍The Firm does not guarantee the availability or proper functioning of the Simulator.

The Firm shall not be held liable for incomplete or inaccurate results, lack of updates, or any decision made on the basis of the Simulator’s results.

The Firm may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Simulator at any time.
